The Oracle database server is down frequently ORA-1902 ORA-27300

Problems:
You should be a system configuration problem

Solution:
Take a look at /etc/security/limits.conf, oracle user’s nofile parameter is set, this is the 11g oracle official document recommended:
oracle soft nofile 1024
oracle hard nofile 65536
Of course, if your system is more special, you can change the larger point.
